"I came there and waited. People coming after me are attended by staff. Then the staff told me that we can't take your car it's full today. Then I told them I am not available for next few days. After that they took my car. Lots of paper work has to be done. Staff is helpful somewhat. They did the survey and processed the claim filing. They are not pro active on giving information. In the waiting room, AC was not cooling. It is working as a fan to blow air only. They should be more proactive and inform the people before making them wait."

"Pros: The pick up and drop service is available for service. The service is satisfactory and for minor problems within six months, field mechanic will visit ur home and repair if minor. Also complimentary lunch is provided at sec 63 service centre, taste is average Cons: Time taken is full day almost as more cars r coming even on working days. Overall good service quality and co-operative staff."
